Training in WPB Pilates studio begins with an assessment of your body's structural strengths and weaknesses. My approach assumes that everybody has a unique structure, every mind is different, and everyone comes with an individual set of requirements. Your Pilates Schedule
All sessions are 60 minutes with only one client in the studio at a time. We will schedule your session times to work with your personal schedule in conjunction with studio availability.
Private Pilates Package Options
Typically 2 or 3 days a week
10 Sessions $90 per session $900
20 Sessions $85 per session $1700

5 days a week / 4 weeks
